Four Points by Sheraton Tallahassee Downtown

We got done with the Savannah Bananas baseball game decided to head to the hotel for the night. I started to shower and noticed the body wash was empty so I called the front desk and I was advised that they couldn’t get a body wash until 7 o’clock in the morning when the cleaning staff showed up. Then we pulled back the sheets after we showered, and there was blood in the sheets, but not brown blood like it had been washed before red blood as if it was fresh oh, and there’s no shower inner liner. It’s OK they’ll get it in the morning lol what a joke. Front desk lady when we got here tho was super nice and helpful.

The hotel overall was nice and I received a nice status upgrade. What made my stay unique was as simple as the great breakfast I had with Roxanne as my server and Ronda in the back making delicious food. The warm greeting, great service, quick and tasty food just started the day off right. Hotels for business stays are rarely overly momentous, it’s a bed for a night. The people that run the place and serve the guests can make it special. Thanks Sheraton team for a great stay.

Positive: The location was perfect, very close to FSU. Negative: I was in a room on the second floor, the view was the top of the lower roof with blue lights. Also, the scent of the hotel was powerful.

I had an excellent stay at the Four Points Hotel in Tallahassee, Florida. From check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding. Miquel, Kiana, and Ryder truly went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable. They were professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. I highly recommend this property and commend the team for delivering top-tier hospitality. I will definitely be returning!

We just stayed 2 nights. These employees are obviously lazy. First, someone walked into our room the first night while we were taking a nap. While the room was clean enough, the body wash in the shower was completely empty, and we only had one coffee in a double bed room. We requested housekeeping the next morning to address these issues, but when we arrived back to our room at 9pm it was still the way we left it. We stopped at the front desk to ask for coffee, body wash and fresh towels, and was told someone would bring them up as soon as they were done with break. An hour later, they still hadn’t arrived.
