Four Points by Sheraton Punta Gorda Harborside

Our family and friends stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Harborside in Punta Gorda the weekend of Dec. 12, 2025 for my daughter's wedding, Dec. 13. |During our stay, the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful in getting us settled and getting the gift bags to the guests of the wedding. They were all friendly and accommodating.|Montana, who I think is a manager, coordinated a brunch on Sunday for our friends and family, with very little notice. Anthony, the bar tender for the brunch, made everything fun. Erin, the server, who doesn't usually work on Sundays, was very nice and welcomed us with smiles. My husband and I flew in due to a death in his family. The hotel is impeccably clean upon arrival to the lobby. The staff were helpful and incredibly friendly, always greeting you when walking by. I was working remotely during our stay and never had an issue with the WiFi. Free coffee helped as well since I start my day really early in the morning as a Nurse case manager. Coffee was always kept fresh and hot. The food in the grill was not that good in quality, but the staff were always quick and friendly. The atmosphere, food and service at the tiki bar was A+. If I could give a negative star I would.. first off this is a Sheraton and they charge $$$ for the rooms you would think everything would be top notch.. parking is a nightmare and the building is old and the hallways and rooms smell old and mildewy reminds me of circus circus in vegas. Came into our room that we paid over $350 a night for and the carpet wasn’t even vacuumed, no dresser and a broken lamp. Everything in the room is old and janky. So right off the bat it was not pleasant for the price. Then went to eat at their so called restaurant and the service was absolutely horrible I had to go to the bar and get my own drink because nobody was serving us. Food took 2 hrs to get and my wife didn’t get her ice tea until she was half done with her meal. My food sucked bad for the price.

Extremely polite front desk staff. Everytime we passed by they spoke to each guest and asked about how our room was etc. We have stayed at many Marriotts and the front desk staff at this location "stood out". Friendly, professional and always willing to assist in any way possible. Wonderful service overall. Cleaning staff was super helpful and made sure our room was just how we asked it to be upon arrival. The restaurant on site had outstanding food and exceptional service. We will definitely be back again. Hotel deserves "higher" than 5 🌟 's !! Wonderful location.. We loved the Tiki bar, live band and the sunset was out of this world. For anyone looking for a relaxing get-a-way this is the "BEST" place to visit!!!

Spent 4 nights here with my daughters and it was very nice. We were welcomed by Jocelyn and she really made an effort to make our time special. Very clean and great location. Walked to dinner. Enjoyed the pool.
