This hotel is fab. Location is spot on, good amount of parking and staff all friendly. Bar tender outside especially lovely when we arrived late on our first night and he got us drinks and food sorted.|The view was amazing. We were on the 14th floor and could see for miles! So pretty.|The room was huge, bed really comfy. Black out curtains worked well but did have to tuck them behind a chair for complete blackout on sides.|Didn't get time to try out the pool but looked nice. |Mini golf course right outside too but again, we just didn't get time as only here 2 nights.

The location is great. The room was dusty and I requested cleaning, but no one responded. The AC is old, fluctuates between too hot and too cold, and I can’t adjust the fan. Also, the hot water at night isn’t warm enough.

Room was clean and spacious. Price was very reasonable for the price we paid. Good budget hotel with warm pool, self laundry facility. Don’t expect it to be more luxurious like some other Sheraton hotels. This is about the same as a nicer holiday inn. Pictures is a bit misleading. There are NO waterslides. Just a small outdoor pool. They do have a mini arcade.

Very close to universal, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel smells very clean and is kept very well especially compared to other hotels that are in the same price range. They also have a complimentary shuttle to bring you to universal. The staff is very nice and helpful, even when I had seen one dealing with a rude customer, she handled it professionally. The only thing that I did not like was that the TV in the room had lines in it from being so old and worn out, smart TVs are not super expensive so I feel like that could have been an easy upgrade to assist with the modernization of the room. Also, having a cruddy TV is just not a good look.

Aged, Musty, and Not Worth the Price We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive expecting a comfortable stay based on the Marriott Bonvoy name, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The room had a stagnant, moldy, almost cat-pee odor that appeared to be coming from the bathroom. With no airflow, sealed windows, and no balcony or lanai, the smell lingered and made the room feel damp and stuffy the entire stay. The property is clearly aging. The carpet felt worn and old, the furniture looked dated, and the room had that humid, musty feel common in buildings that haven’t been properly updated. The bathroom showed signs of age as well, with lingering mildew odors and poor ventilation. Soundproofing is minimal. You can hear hallway noise, doors slamming, and
