Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment I entered my room, it was clear that the cleanliness was not up to standard. The carpet had a strong wet, musty smell that made the entire room feel damp and uncomfortable. The overall condition of the room did not match the appearance of the lobby at all. The lobby gives off a polished and inviting impression, but the rooms tell a completely different story dark, poorly maintained, and lacking proper upkeep. The most concerning issue was the water coming from the bath and faucet. The water appeared dirty, which is completely unacceptable. When I brought this to the attention of the supervisor on duty, she was dismissive and unapologetic. There was no sense of urgency, no account

My wife and I experienced a level of customer service not seein at any level of hotel. This Four Points is full of kindness and talent. A general manager that is beloved by his staff, and the owner, who sets the example for everybody through his kind acts. It was dumping rain and we had to catch a charter bus at hotel across the street. Literally the owner had us hop in his pickup truck and he drove us across the street. What an example to his staff and how appreciated it was! Thank you Jan for being in the driver seat and leading by example in everything that you do. Your entire staff thinks that you are amazing! To the general manager, and the front desk staff Asau and Carlie, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for your care and kindness throughout our stay here. V

I have to say it's high efficiency valuable hotel in Orlando. It's excellent position for convention center. Walk to convention center around 8mins. It's beside international blvd. Highly recommend. The Only problem is might be the elevator is super old and shake

Overall, I consider the hotel to be pleasant. The front desk staff was very good and extremely friendly from the moment we arrived, which I really appreciated. However, the facilities felt a bit outdated. The elevator, in particular, felt quite old and somewhat uncomfortable to use, as it was very enclosed and a bit intimidating. Once we got to the room, there was a very strange smell. Usually, when you arrive at a hotel room, it smells either freshly cleaned or lightly scented, but this room had an odd odor, almost like burnt plastic, which I found very unpleasant. I am also not a fan of housekeeping leaving cards asking for tips. We spent 2 nights here after coming of cruise before heading back home. We had a one bedroom suite, and the space is huge. Upon entering the room, the musty smell was overwhelming, and the switch by the door turns on nothing. The living room has only a floor lamp and a desk lamp, and the walls are dark. Bathroom has no working fan, and moisture stays in the room. Second night we found cockroaches on the floor. Having a toddler running around with bare feet, this is quite disgusting even though hotel personnel say they cannot do anything as the building is old. We've also encountered the hotel elevator broke down, and glad by the time we check out it was fixed. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Room service delivering the towels was very fast. Anyway, we would not be coming back to
