Four Points by Sheraton Edmundston Hotel & Conference Center

The Four Points by Sheraton in a Edmundston was a wonderful stay! We stayed here for 6 days and it was wonderful! Clean, the staff was accommodating and so so helpful and friendly. The motel was very busy with families for a ski competition and we were expecting it to be loud (which is NOT the staff of places fault) but we were surprised at how quiet it was. It seems they have a room and the parents/kids meet there! Amazing initiative! The restaurant and staff were also amazing!!! I will definitely be back and will suggest this! The junior suite is a great room! I liked this room more than the suite!

We only stayed here one night on a road trip. The hotel is adjacent to the Cathedral (so easy to locate by looking for the church spire). There is plenty of free parking across the road from the hotel. It’s a large reception area with a great-looking bar and restaurant attached. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was good - large and comfortable. Like nearly every hotel I have stayed in over my 2 week road trip, the bathroom was a bit small. A good stay.

Perfect pit stop while en route to the Maritimes, driving from Toronto. Appreciate the dog friendly rooms, and that you can bring your beer back up to your room after dinner! (Brenda serving at the restaurant was an absolute delight, a real highlight of our stay.) We stayed in December, and the price point felt 100% appropriate for what we got. Will definitely be back.

Positive: Very clean, comfortable bed, well stocked, nice looking room, good amount of space. Negative: I didn't like the over-crowded parking lot across the street. It was difficult to park my truck, but I managed it okay. Also, I found that this room was far too over-priced. Very shocked at the cost, but I do understand that it was Labour Day weekend.

Called to make a booking under a 'block" of rooms for a sports team during our allocated time. The representative did not seem confident about what was going on and gave me the name of a lady who does the team bookings which made no sense as we already had a "block" reserved. Of course she was not available during the weekend so I called back during the week. Once I made contact with the rep, which in my opinion was silly to begin with for a booking which already had a block. I was told to hold while she got it booked. Came back and told me there were no more bookings, that only Saturday was available not Friday which again was odd because we had a block of rooms.
