Comfort Inn

Very comfortable clean rooms. Close to the highway off ramp and so.e stores. Fast food restaurants etc. The staff were nice. I had a pet. So that was $50 extra but I am appreciative of that. Where it fails is the breakfast. For $250 a night I expected a bit better. Also, I wish I had checked expedia before I walked in It showed the price nearly half( before pet charge) . That's on me. But it's a good tip for the future. I would stay here again. The beds are every comfy the TV is huge . The washrooms are decent. The water pressure was fantastic. And the fact they accept pets is the number #1 reason why I will return.

When we checked into the room upon our arrival around 1:00 AM, it was extremely hot. I immediately turned down the heater and opened the windows, even though the outside temperature was approximately –14°C. After about 30 minutes, the room was still unbearably warm; the floor, walls, and even the bed covers were radiating heat. I then had to turn on the cooling system for nearly an hour just to bring the temperature down to a tolerable level. Although I could have contacted the front desk to request a room change, it was very late, we had already unpacked, and we were struggling to settle our toddler to sleep. Changing rooms at that point was simply not a realistic option. The next day, when I explained the situation to the manager, I was told that some guests prefer sleeping in a warm roo

This hotel looks amazing after all the renovation. The front desk people are very pleasant and house keeping dose amazing keeping the rooms clean (Neha) I stay here every Friday (January-may) Always a great stay

The bed was uncomfortable and too small. The room had an odour even though we asked for another room because the first room smelled of pets. The microwave was broken and the fridge was very loud. Room temperature was not adjustable, and the breakfast was poor and the coffee had no flavour.

staff was very accommodating and friendly. we were a full soccer team and the staff was amazing to handle everything. They even allowed us to watch the Jays in the lobby eating area, so that we didn't have to watch it in our rooms and disturbs the kids's sleep. So thank you very much
