I called them but I think 1 thousand and 50 dollars is too much per month for someone like me and my boyfriend both working 2 Jobs that don't pay us enough to pay for more than a 600 dollar per month place to live.

On the bad side They don’t offer breakfast as stated on trip.com, the shower/bathtub is very rusty. The rooms are big and cool, had a really good sleep.

The best deal in Farmington now. Well run with surprisingly nice furnishings, and more space than most studio apartments. I have lived here 6 months and see constant renovation happening.

It’s a good hotel that’s comfortable clean a little older could use some maintenance. Breakfast was not to write home about. It was a grab and go. Parking was plenty full no vending machines all in all it was a decent thing just don’t expect too much.

This hotel has a very good front desk person. The native girl with the pierced nose. She was so knowledgeable about everything.
