I would not recommend this place. It was a complete mess as a whole. The grass on the sites was knee height, water was shooting from the pipes from the ground. For one morning the whole park’s water stopped due to a giant 4 ft water geyser shooting into the air. The amount of drama from the residents at this park was crazy. We were there for one weekend and the people were all gossiping about each other and fighting and trying to get into everyone else’s business. Last and certainly not least, this park stole my money and will not respond to calls, voicemails, or emails. The woman at the office claimed that the card charger wasn’t working after swiping our cards 3 times. We then paid cash so we could stay there and a few days later, we were charged 3 times in addition to our cash payment.

I came to this KOA because I wanted to visit the Ocala area. I have been to many KOA campgrounds. This is the worst. It looks like maybe they are trying to phase it out. They advertise a resort and are selling off the sites individually. I would never buy one. The place is dirty. When I came the site I was given was full of trash. There were hundreds of bottle caps and trash from sparklers. I guess someone had a NY party. Most KOA pick up trash at the site. You have to take your own to the dumpster. I have no problem with that but obviously the people before me did and no one checks the sites between people. Free WiFi is advertised. There was no WiFi. When I asked I was told to go stand by the lake and my phone might work better. When I complained I was given the password to the premium Wi

I'm not sure how KOA called this place a holiday. But if you don't have an ATV then you don't belong here. They also treat you that way has someone took my side view mirror off my Class A motorhome while we were sleeping. We were wondering why all the better looking campsites have fences around their site the people that live there. Which was 99.9 of the people except for the residence. Dog crap all over a campsite cigarette butts broken picnic table. This place was so amazing instead of our 3-day stay we left the very next day after we pulled in that afternoon. I lost the rest of our money along with a side view mirror

This is a sad KOA. It is geared towards atv's so it has a ton of atv's riding around campground and making a ton of noise and dust. The pool burned my skin. People walk right thru your campsite with no regard. The rules for atv's that we read were not followed and it made it hard to explain to our grandson. We pay more to stay at KOA's and expect a little more. It had no garbage service and our campsite had cigarette butts all over it. Gross place and do not recommend.

Was worried about staying here after reading reviews but I could not have been happier with our stay. Beautiful campgrounds and friendly people. We will be going back again
