Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa

I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member so always try to stay in Marriott’s. This is my second stay at this Marriott and this trip had some noticeable declines. While still a very nice hotel with an exceptional catering staff, some investments to ongoing maintenance would be beneficial. My bathroom toilet water always had a yellow tinge (as did other guest’s room), the sink clogged (so did my travel companion’s room) and my toilet was continually running. There was evidence of rust in the shower and small holes in my sheets.

This beautiful four-star beachfront resort is truly a standout. The private beach is expansive, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained — a rare and valuable feature in Fort Lauderdale. The location is fantastic, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to both relaxation and nearby attractions. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable, with many offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The large lagoon-style pool is another highlight, perfect for both adults and families with children. The resort has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and offers plenty of activities for guests of all ages. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. T

Nuno our beach server was the best of the best!! Never have I had someone who worked so hard to make sure we had the best vacation. He took care of us and our kids all week long making sure they stayed hydrated and surprised them with lots of delicious fruit. Couldn’t have asked for a better server. Honestly worth coming to this hotel for Nuno. Treated us like family and made all the difference. Highly recommend. Also great family friendly hotel right on the beqxh

My wife and I had a great night here before embarking on a cruise. The room was amazing, the beach, beautiful, and the service was excellent. The service at the beach was great, but only surpassed by our dinner at Sea Side restaurant for dinner. Our server, Curtis, had a table of 17 and a table of 8 at the same time we were dining and still gave us EXCELLENT service! We felt invited but not rushed, welcomed and not overcrowded. Curtis’s service topped off an amazing day here. From our time being welcomed at the desk until we left we had an amazing time.

Positive: Location Negative: The bathroom was dirty. Black hair in the shower, dirty floor. The towels had holes in them and make up on them. $--- a night and the staff except for the check in was very disappointing.
