Forest Dunes

Since I discovered this resort I have been staying here, each time gets dimmer, I love the location and the views of the ocean and sunrise, I don't like the parking fee per night, to me that is robbery! My condo has always been exceptional but the last two stays were not what kept me coming back, the condo we had on our 1st stay on the 4th floor was exactly what we love, we were put there bc of renovations on the other floors and haven't been put on that floor since, also ckout can be a little later, maybe 11 a.m. I know the condos are individually owned but pass along to have heavier bedding it does get cold. Last, my electrical outlets only worked in the bottom plug in the bedroom so only the lamps plugged in could be used or no light and plug in your chargers the outlet in the lamps did

I recently stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. The condo was not cleaned properly. The garbage disposal did not work. The unit needs some TLC. Base boards dirty, vents dirty. I will not stay there again nor will I recommend friends or family. Very disappointing.

Our condo is adorable, well-stocked with amenities, towels, etc! The owners make sure that guests have everything they could want in the kitchen as it's well-stocked. We love having almost direct beach access! The only complaint is that we found stains and dust on the tabletops, which we easily cleaned up, but think housekeeping should be more thorough and pay attention to detail!

Very nice and clean condo located just across the street from the beach. Units are in great condition and the pool is always clean and we'll maintained. It's nice having Buckets Bar and Grill on site for a quick meal or a beverage by the pool. It would be nice if there was more local staff onsite, but the management team is quite responsive when needed.

We’ve stayed at Forest Dunes many times. The location is excellent, the conditions of 1704 not so much. When we arrived, the floors were dirty, there was pieces of snack food on the window sills, the tv remote’s had dead batteries, and the kitchen supplies, glasses cups etc was lacking. We would stay in Forest Dunes again, would not rent through Carolina Dreams.
