We had our Christmas party here this year and everything was beyond excellent! The servers and bartender were incredible—friendly, attentive, and they never missed a thing while serving 25+ people. They even had other guests in the restaurant area to take care of, and still gave us exceptional service. The lounge was decorated so beautifully for Christmas, which took all the stress off of me and made the night feel extra special. Our rooms were comfortable, spotless, and perfect for unwinding after the celebration. We’ll definitely be back next year—already looking forward to it! 🎄

Very pleased overall. Clean room with needed amenities. Nice location and it’s clear owners are proud of this property. The dining room is closed on Monday and Tuesday but clearly tops anything in the area as far as quality. I see where some Buffalo place is suggested by one travel site but comparing quality of food Flying Saddle is the hands down winner. We didn’t bring our pickleball paddles because the website said “tennis courts” but no problem, Flying Saddle had loaners—maybe not the latest Gen x.0 foam core carbon fiber but certainly adequate for vacation fun. The courts are in excellent condition. Unfortunately, a contractor failed to fulfill its commitment to fix a water leak on schedule which ended up cutting our stay short but Flying Saddle was willing to make amends. ||You g

Went to the restaurant for Valentine's dinner. Started with cocktails - my wife had an Old Fashioned that was perfectly prepared and I had a martini extra dry with three olives that was perfect. We started with the oysters Rockefeller - they were a bit overdone but still tasty. Then we split a house salad that we could tell had all fresh ingredients, my wife had the flat iron steak that was cooked to her perfect temperature and I had the duck leg confit - really tasty with roasted broccolini and creamy polenta. The service was attentive by our server and the bartender. Only reason for not being rated a 5 is the interior needs some warmth to it - especially for a dinner house. Chef came over to see how we liked our meals...very personable. Highly recommend and will bring guests here.

Positive: I really liked having a fridge in the room, as well as two sinks and a giant shower. Negative: The portion of the hotel that I stayed in didn't have a lobby. You have to walk outside to a separate building for lobby access. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue, but in the winter with several inches of dense snow made that a little taxing.

An Absolute Gem with Incredible Food and Service We just ate here and were completely blown away. There’s new management, and it truly shows—Chef Joe is beyond amazing. His culinary skills are on another level, and every dish we tried was outstanding. We started with the calamari, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. Then it was everyone sharing a bite of their meal with each other, and honestly, not a single miss. The burger was fantastic, the butternut ravioli was rich and comforting, the flat steak was cooked perfectly, and the lobster corn chowder was incredible. The lobster mac and cheese completely stole the show—so flavorful and indulgent. The service was well above five-star—friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. This place is a true
