Flow Hotel Fort Lauderdale

Rented a room for a staycation with my wife. When we checked in the A/C was broken forcing us to spend the night out and spend money we diddnt plan on. The TV did not work for the entire stay. They promised to get us a new room and that never happened. A manager was supposed to call me 17 days ago and I am still waiting. I do not recommend this hotel I spent a lot of money to celebrate my 13th year anniversary and it was ruined.

I was hesitant to book this hotel because of some of the reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t listen. I had an early flight and was able to check into my room early morning with no problems I went on a solo trip to Florida, and this was the perfect place to stay honestly felt like I had my own apartment. The property is beautiful, with so much to do, and I especially loved the pool. The location is perfect; I was able to walk everywhere bars, restaurants, and stores. There is security outside late night so I felt safe walking back to hotel . Although the train tracks are right outside the hotel, they were never too loud for me, and I slept like a baby every night. The reviews definitely exaggerated the noise. I would absolutely stay here again. I truly have no complaints.

I so badly want to give this hotel a five because I loved the vibe, location, and amenities. The room cleanliness fell short for me, along with the noise. I question how throughly they clean the rooms. Upon checkin there was a fake eyelash on the rug, a folded towel with blood on it, and black hairs on the bedding and robe. I’m blonde and don’t wear fake eyelashes. This is also directly next to the brightline train tracks which run very frequently early in the AM and late at night. Being only on the sixth floor it was very loud and woke me up at night. The gym was phenomenal, lots of machines, barbells and racks, free weights, and cardio equipment. n escape the room because it will not lock with the deadbolt, it opens when you turn the handle even with the deadbolt engaged. We reached out to the front desk to request a latch lock be added to our room or be moved to a room with a latch lock since there is no way to ensure that our kid can't open the door. We were ignored for many hours, but after texting again later to ask for an update were we told that they couldn't fix our door or move us. We were left to our own devices of blocking off the doors to keep our kid from opening it. There is also a door hanger that looks like it indicates that your room needs service in your room, but don't even bother, nobody will come to service your room, even with the placard placed outside.
