Florida Keys Villas

This property could not have been more perfect. We had a group of 14 ranging from newborns to grandparents and the house had absolutely everything you could ever need for a family vacation to the Florida Keys. Indoor and outdoor cooking, indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, great dock and pool with a very private yard, ample parking and trailer space, close proximity to the beach.... We come to the keys a few times a year and this is the first time we felt like we could do everything from one place. The house itself is MASSIVE which was very beneficial for our group. You can have several different environments without disturbing anyone else. Most nights, we found ourselves putting the kids to be upstairs while the grandparents watched TV and the siblings could be downstairs listing to

Our family loved staying at this property. It was extremely spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Even with 14 people we never felt crowded and there were so many amenities that everyone from kid to grandparent was always entertained whether they wanted to be inside or out. The owner and manager were very friendly and attentive and quick to respond when we had a question. It was nice to be in easy walking distance of a beach and having the dock was perfect for the fisherman in the group who rented a boat for the week. We were even lucky enough to see manatees right at the dock several times during our stay. We would gladly choose to stay at this property again. It is perfect for a big family or multiple families to stay together.

We had a great stay, house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Nice amenities and very comfortable. Everyone in our group loved it here! We will book with Liz and captain Bob again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental in Marathon! From start to finish, the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect experience. Communication was excellent — they responded to our messages almost immediately, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. We felt comfortable and at home the moment we walked in. One of the highlights of our trip was spotting manatees right off the dock — such a special and memorable experience for the whole family! To top it all off, after we left, the hosts went out of their way to mail us the bracelets my daughter accidentally left behind. That extra level of kindness and attention truly sets them apart. We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait

Stayed here last week with a large group made up for 4 different families. Will 100% return. The house - The house is massive. It has two kitchens and 1 outdoor kitchen. Fully stocked with just about everything you would need from crock pots, to waffle maker, to every utensil possible. The outdoor kitchen has a huge cook top perfect for making breakfast for 12 people. There is also a fridge outside giving you three full size fridges. The rooms are a very good size and setup so each would have their own bathroom. You can be upstairs and not even know people are on the level below. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Shower water pressure was good and no issues with hot water. Pool table near the big screen was awesome. The pool is incredible and bigger than photos show. Bon
