Flamingo Motel & Apartments

This is nice for motel type effiency but staff is terrible and service is very slow. After staying for longer period of time the place had roaches galore and bedbugs!! Also watch your valuables since the staff has a master key. Extremely high priced for the service.“Lazy Manager, Roaches Galore!!” the health department needs to shut this place down till they clean up this place!! You end up cleaning your room and changing your own sheets or wait forever. The staff like to party with the renters and ignore the phone!! Do not trust them. They try to be friendly and can not be trusted!! The owner is just as bad. He is an arrogant jerk who pretends to care about how you are treated!! This place needs new management!!!

My Fiancee and I rented a room for one day. We paid the necessary fees including the pet fee and key fee which is $50 and to be returned at check-out. We cleaned the room and then went to the office to return the key. After waiting for about 1/2 hour, we were told that we would not receive our $50 key fee because we had an over-night guest so don't invite a guest because they will charge you for it because I know for a fact that other customers have over-night guests but we were the only ones charged for it. I guess they have their favorites.

The staff made us feel at home. We paid for 2 weeks until we brought a house but things changed . this place was clean & bugs free . they even made sure we had food for my family. The rules where followed by every one there and felt safe there all day and night

Just by driving into the place you know you're not staying at a 5 star hotel. We decided to try and save a few bucks for the month of our stay...big mistake! The large lady that I guess is the manager is possibly the most lazy, uncaring person ever to be in charge of anything. We were informed at check-in that we have to clean our own room at least once a week. She does not do any cleaning because of her asthma? WTF? The towels and washcloths all had holes in them, very bad odor in the room, and the mattress looked like 2 homicides were committed on it! We noticed our 1st night there that we had several unwanted guests in our room, also known as cockroaches! Made the mistake of turning the lights on when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, thousands of roaches scatter
