I couldn't travel here from out of state due to the severe ice storm. I informed them and they wouldn't give me a refund for the stay. The 3rd party I used to reserve the room had reached out multiple times; however, they keep ignoring their messages. Terrible customer service. Stingy "family-owned" hotel.

Five10 Orange Hotel - Hot Springs You can tell this building and everything in it has character. (I appreciate that). No one here to check you in. I had no one to greet me or assist me. Everything is done through email and or phone. Exterior building definitely looks like it’s part of Hot Springs history. Floors are old, some of the walls are old, including a large square hole on the wall. Nonetheless, it shows the owners put some effort renovating it, before making it accessible for the guests. In the email before your arrival they will send you instructions on where to park, (limited availability), how to get in the building and your room. FRONT ENTRANCE: You have options between the two large orange doors - requires you to unlock the key box to get the key out and unlock the doors.

No staff onsite, but management sends out a very thorough email with instructions on how to get in and included a slide show with places to eat/things to do in town. The hotel is within a 5-10 minutes walk from boathouse row and the fountains. I only had a few questions and management emailed me back same day. Our room was very clean and water was hot. 5/5, next time I go to Hot Springs I’m booking them again!

It is a room. The noise level can be crazy, because there is no insulation to speak of. We were upstairs and the floors were warped and soft in spots. Upstairs is not accessible if you can not carry you and your luggage up a small staircase. The room was clean and the shower was big. That was nice. The area felt safe enough, but street parking is extremely limited and felt a little exposed at night.

This is NOT a hotel. It is an apartment building with NO lobby, onsite staff, amenities, phone number or accountability. Stated check-in time is 4 PM, which is later than any actual hotel in the area. At that time, they are supposed to send you an email with instructions to access your "room." You cannot even gain access to the building until you get said instructions. On the date I was scheduled to check in, I never received instructions. I called the booking company (American Aadvantage), who attempted to reach out to them. I found the lack of anyone onsite and contact information concerning so I decided to book elsewhere. I asked AA to cancel the reservation. Instructions then came (almost 5 PM) but I already had another booking. Over the next two weeks AA customer support made sever
