I am a 63 year old man with a 25 year old brain! I am still working 2 jobs. Ski instructor and electrician. Aging demands more maintenance. Forty years in construction and fifty plus years of skiing have taken its toll. Logan is helping me to keep going at a high level through physical training. I cannot recommend logan highly enough! Logan is traveling the world as a digital Nomad and I am in California.We conduct all our training sessions via phone and internet. This has been highly effective for me. With his help I hope to ski to 100!
