First Western Inn Caseyville

Giving 5 stars bc they did have a "room" available. I was scared to take a shower. I woke up to the Owner arguing with a customer in the parking lot about $10. Apparently, the owner charged the customer an extra $10 fee on his card. Idk. I got up and left. The owner was very rude

I love this marvelous hotel, the rooms are beautiful and very accommodating! This marvelous hotel serves the purpose of having a place to stay in my favorite city St.louis very well!!! I'm eagerly anticipating my week's vacation up here in St.louis in October,staying at this hotel during that time is going to be a dream!!!

Upon our initial arrival, this hotel didn't have the most welcoming appearance but once inside our room was clean and had a few neat features. The best feature was the full-size fridge and the layout of the room. There was plenty of space for our luggage and the flow of the room made sense. More nice features were the location in proximity to the I-64, the Huck's gas station we could walk to, and a Domino's down the way the delivered. The only feature we didn't like was the "breakfast bar". It had a few muffins, pre-packaged pastries, and a small coffee pot.

This room was NOT worth 70 dollars a night it was dirty the ceilings had cobwebs the smoke detector was ripped down the towels had built in dirt everything in there was yellow like people been smoking in there for years. The only goof thing was the air and hot water worked great and it was quiet. Never again.

We paid Thursday morning for a week then Wednesday morning he told us we have to leave by 11 it wasn't even due until Thursday they didn't change the sheets the whole time we were there the owner had changed the date on the receipt I will never stay there again
