My family rented a Pigeon Forge Crystal Waters unit for 1 week. There were some issues the first day. But I didn’t want to complain. The problems continued. Then the final straw. The drawer front fell off and nearly landed on my grand child’s foot. It should be noted that the wood drawer front had been fixed before with a drywall screw! 🤷🏼‍♀️. PROBLEMS: outside advertised cooking area with patio that glows in dark not usable d/t severely molded cushions and a severe ant problem. Broken shower, toilet seat that didn’t fit, water damage to bedroom ceiling, severely dusty and dirty draping over bed. Blinds missing rods to open and close(5). Spider webs on all screens/porches with leaves very thick like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. Loose hand rail to basement. Filthy carpet in bedroom and

When we arrived, there was dog poop smeared on the main level bathroom floor. I cleaned it up myself instead of the rental company sending their crappy cleaning crew. We found a myriad of issues over the course of the week. TVs didn't work, wires to the Wii sensor were cut making it useless, random chips on the floor, a dirty footprint in one of the beds, old coffee grounds in the coffee pot, a Vienna sausage under the reclining couch, bugs in the kitchen light fixture, and the dishwasher leaked, which was reported but never addressed. When I voiced my concerns, Fireside Chalet only offered an "inconvenience refund" of $168 with the stipulation that no one could leave a negative review anywhere if it was accepted. We told them to keep the money. I wonder how many other people took the hush

I loved it, I thought it was fantastic I'm a little partial to Heights so stepping out on the balcony and walking to the front door was a little scary at first for me but easily got over. The location is very nice surroundings are fantastic and beautiful good picture spot. You're very close to the island so you have lots to do I would plan on at least a few days to at least do a good majority of things around town. Don't expect a five-star cabin. It's a little bit of a older style but it is still very nice.

Very dirty. Dog poop on bathroom floor. Wii console broken wire. Out of propane for both grills. Dishwasher leaks all over kitchen floor. Contacted management, propane was delivered. Offered $168 for inconvenience with stipulation that no one staying could leave any bad reviews. Stay away from this cabin and this company.

Was okay place was little cramped in kitchen and living room area. Basement smelled funky like animals. It was nice to be in a private road so kids could play outside and no traffic bothered us.
