Firefly Ridge Luxury Retreat

This stay was incredible from start to finish. Staff was communicative as we needed, cooling our luxury platform tent ahead of our arrival and giving specific directions for our contactless check in. A binder with thorough information was inside the tent, explaining the site features, the facility, and the amenities of the area as well as how to obtain various items (tooth brushes, personal items, etc). Inside of the tent felt like a hotel room with an incredibly comfortable King bed. Outside, The fire pits have a swing-style grill and wood was set out for us. A Blackstone griddle was also at the site, but we did not use. Our family had an incredible weekend at the Firefly ridge luxury retreat! My son and husband are experienced in camping through scouts, but for me this was a new experience. First, everything was clean, the rent and the bathrooms are well maintained. Firefly had thought of everything, the tent was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, cooling unit, power unit, etc. It was like a hotel room, but in a tent with super comfortable beds and pillows. We were there in August and I would recommend highly to get a rent in the wooded area as it stays cooler. For the fall it will probably be better to get a mountain view tent as they get more sun. Our family of 3 (plus Holly the Hound) went for family camping during spring break, and we had an amazing time. Corinne & team had thought of every detail, and it was so easy for us. We're not seasoned campers, so the idea of having to purchase all the "stuff" was a little overwhelming. At Firefly Ridge, we just had to show up with our clothes, food, and a flashlight for exploring after dark. The bed was really comfortable (plenty of blankets for those cooler nights), there were chairs in the tent, and a charging bank for our phones & hot water kettle. We experienced crazy storms/wind during the night, but not a drop of water got in the tent. Amazing experience. Great hosts, great location. They set you up with a black stone grill, cooler, fire starter kit, firewood, and heated blankets in the tents powered by a power bank (lasts all night) first time camper, definitely will be coming back. Check em out

I stayed here last year and had such a great experience — the property was beautiful, the bathrooms and common areas were spotless, and the tents were well-kept and thoughtfully organized. Everything about the stay felt smooth and welcoming, which is why I was excited to return. This year, I unfortunately had to cut my stay short due to a health concern. While it was disappointing not to enjoy the full experience, the host was extremely kind and responsive, and she quickly refunded me without hesitation. I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating she was during a stressful situation.
