I usually stay there but this time I was having problems with my phone. Most times I book on the Internet do walked in explain the situation My rate on the Internet always $45 how ever she refuse to honor. But the fact she did not honor was upsetting. So I took my business elsewhere. It's important to recognize your return customers and if you don't shame on you because those are the ones who keep the lights on. Not random guest. I work for hotel myself and I would never not show that we appreciate your business. I have options some thing to remember.

Positive: I did not stay here. When I checked in the clerk made it clear no refunds and when I send the room I knew why. The furniture looked as if it came from the landfill, the linens on the bed were stained, room filthy, stained towels Negative: I hated everything about this hotel . I returned the key and informed the clerk I would not be staying . He made the comment ?well for the price you paid? I would sleep in my car before I would lay or sit on anything in this room. It needs condemning

If I could give zero stars, I would. We checked in on a Thursday night and they gave us 2 room keys. Neither key worked and we were told that maintenance would come by in the morning to fix the door. When we were let into our rooms I noticed that the towels were worn and stained. The bed sheets had stains on them as well. In order for the room door to stay shut it had to be slammed. The next morning we went out and when we came back the room key still wasn't working despite maintenance having "fixed" it. They again let us in with master key to our room and give us new keys. Later on, after we go get some things from Walmart, we head up the stairs with 3 young kids and a baby and all our food and cooler. Again, the room keys didn't work. Management of the hotel has changed. The rooms are all cleaned even the ac filters are clean. It's not the place to be up on some stupid illegal stuff . Nice clean parking lot and yard trimmed. Give it a try. It will surprise you how it has changed for the better.

I mean it wasn't terrible. I stayed at worse motels.
