Fairfield Inn Orlando Airport

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and unfortunately, it was an average to below-average experience that fell short in multiple areas. The property shows its age—it’s clearly older and rundown, with cramped rooms featuring tiny bathrooms and sink areas that feel outdated and uncomfortable. Service was a major letdown. Despite the front desk assuring us of daily room servicing, housekeeping never came to change the bedding or towels everyday as promised. The parking policy is downright ridiculous and poorly managed. Our rental car was towed because the parking permit slipped off the dashboard overnight. This not only made us late to our tradeshow but also incurred unnecessary extra costs, including Uber rides to get around and fees from the rental company to retrieve

Terrible customer service. Was promised by 2different people that we would be contacted by manager but only received an email after I complained again in an email that the issue was resolved and pretty much didn’t believe us when I actually took the bug down to them in a cup that came off our bed. Ask to have room inspected and sprayed and clean bedding cause they said they didn’t have a room to move us to. When the guy came to the room he acted as if we were inconveniencing him. He only changed sheets and pillow cases and when he took off the sheets he threw them on top of the clean sheets and didn’t change comforter. Said he had nothing to spray with. So after he left we tore the bed back apart and looked under mattress and pulled couch bed out and checked it out and all around the rest

Staff were friendly and the hotel is conveniently located by the airport. There is shuttle service for the airport which you need to call to for pickup and you can schedule drop off the day before you leave. Breakfast is included but felt it was on the smaller side for hot options. Rooms were clean and nice. Beds are very squishy as a heads up. There’s a large dining area for breakfast, computers with a printer in the lobby and a small exercise room. Outdoor pool is nice and large with a hot tub. Overall a nice stay.

This was an overnight stop for us before our cruise. The hotel was great. We will definitely head back there again for a longer stay next time. |Food was good, shuttle was good. |Overall our stay was a four star. |Would give it a five star but I think there's always room for improvement no matter where you go. |See you again. Our family of 5 utilized a 2-queen bed room for a one night stay prior to our Disney Cruise. We picked this hotel because of its competitive cost per night, complimentary breakfast, and free shuttle service from the airport. After arriving at the airport and collecting our luggage, we called the hotel guest services and requested a shuttle to pick us up. The shuttle took approximately 15 minutes (which they specified when I called them) and after one stop at an additional terminal we arrived at the hotel. We checked in via the Bonvoy app and received a digital key to skip the front desk and found our room to be clean with plenty of towels. One of our children became ill in the middle of the night, but after a quick call to the service desk someone came to our room to help provide clean l
