Fairfield Inn New York LaGuardia Airport/Astoria

I found this to be a great spot to stay on the last night of my trip. They allowed me to check-in early, which was nice to drop off my bags. Be warned it is quite a journey on foot from the subway line. The room was great though, massive for NYC standards. The free shuttle to LGA was the deal-breaker for me, got me right to the terminal in under 10 minutes for my early-morning flight. They do have a full breakfast included but I was not able to partake.

Dear Fairfield by Marriott New York LaGuardia Airport Astoria team, ||I recently stayed at your hotel on June 1st, 2025 for my fiancé birthday. I booked my reservation through the Marriot Bonvoy app. When I no longer saw this reservation on my account afterwards. My bonvoy membership was removed by the staff who checked me in. Your associate Charles informed me that he was instructed by his manager to remove my bonvoy membership account since I am an associate of the company and I paid cheaper rate for it. I was even placed in a ADA room. I’m not disabled. This is unacceptable and not standard procedure. I have stayed at several marriot hotels and have never experienced this. Well, you've got enough other bad reviews to trust this one too! Good location BUT filthy rooms, terrible air conditioning and above all, the worst office management I've ever come across. The general manager probably doesn't even know how rude they are or worse, neglects training them.
