Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Wallingford New Haven

Rooms were clean upon arrival and were cleaned regularly. Beds quite comfy. Service was excellent! Barry, Stacy, and Christian were especially quite friendly and made me feel welcomed during my trip. Location was good for the price, parking kept clean of snow while I was there. Would recommend if it fits your budget.

We have stayed here four times as we visit this area frequently and we have always had a good experience. The rooms are clean and breakfast is decent. We will be back soon.

Nice hotel, beds very comfy. Breakfast was great, nice to sit outside and enjoy coffee. Brandon at the front desk was so pleasant and professional. Shout out to him. The only negative comment is the toilets. They are clearly child size/height. Could be replaced with 'Comfort height' toilets. Being tall, those low toilets are brutal. Toilets are cheap!

What a wonderful stay we had here over Christmas! From the first day to the last was exceptional. The staff were SO NICE (every day... every single one of them), even bringing us out a couple of hot egg sandwiches when we checked out and the kitchen wasn't opened yet. We didnt even ask! The room was spotless, and yes, things were smaller than usual - but more efficient~! We got 10 inches of snow the night before we were leaving and the snow plow was out all night making sure anyone coming or going was safe. I've never seen service this good, and I am no young'un! Oh did I mention the beds and the pillows? Supreme! And I'm picky! We will definitely be back.

All is good for the money. Just the breakfast included had the following issues: Bananas expired Coffee was dirty water with vinegar in it and the labels made no sense to what the coffee inside was. The s rambled eggs were just artificial, curdles full of oil The sausages I would not feed to my kids nor my dogs. Half of all that garbage circus served on this mini buffet , can be fixed by offering half of the items they currently have, using better products from the same vendor and have guests happy. Good coffee, properly cooked eggs and a potato or a sausage that is not junk .......wholesome fruit , just does it better, and get the attendant a proper work uniform
