Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Springfield Holyoke

The room was clean,neat and i love the essentials like cotton swab was great! Didn't like the smell of their bathroom soap but I had mine. The breakfast was excellent. The breakfast seating area has TV,printing services, clean and well organized. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. I had to get extra towels and the way the lay gave them to me with a smiling face was phenomenal. Overall the experience was amazing. Will encourage you to go there. Thank you for clean environment.

We have stayed here twice over the span of a couple of years and both times it has been a very good experience. Rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. Front desk staff is pleasant and breakfast is good. What more could you ask for?!

Needed a place to stay while visiting family for Thanksgiving Day. Stayed only one night. Staff friendly, greeted us when we arrived. Hotel itself is very nice, cozy, & clean. Our room was fine...seemingly clean, well-stocked, spacious...however, the floor in front of the air conditioner was soaked, probably from the air conditioner/heater. We only would have complained & asked for another room if we were staying more than one night. Loved the continental breakfast set-up; great breakfast selections. Cannot speak about parking or accessibility to shopping mall or other local sites (restaurants, movie theatre, etc). But this hotel is worth staying at.

I really want to like this place, but it appears they turn down the hot water temperature during the day when most of the guests have checked out. Had warm water in the bathroom sink and (tested the shower) warmer water in the shower before breakfast. Zero warm water and no HOT water after breakfast. This is completely unacceptable in the winter. I’m on the top floor and the heat defaults to 72 degrees, yet the room is still chilled. I would have given 5 stars, but can’t do that in good conscience. Bed was ok and breakfast was great, better than most. Lobby would be amazing with a solar powered fireplace insert!
