Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Springdale

I’ve stayed here five times over the last three years as it’s close to the business I visit in Springdale. Every time I’ve stayed, the cable tv and/or internet have been down. I mean every time. I’m not some internet goober who just likes to complain. I mean EVERY TIME. October ‘25 I had another work trip to the area and out of a morbid sense of curiosity I thought “surely the cable will work this time!?” And I booked…I was wrong again. I sit here tonite, with no cable and no internet. It gets a little dull, in your quiet room away from home…all there is to do is post a review from your phone…

We were traveling with an infant- Hannah at the front desk was helpful and accommodating during our stay. The room was clean and spacious (big enough for the pack-n-play) and had everything we needed. The breakfast was a good spread each day and most of the staff were friendly. The decor was a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us at all. Overall great value and convenient location!

First and foremost, the front desk folks were incredibly nice and helpful. However, it wasn't enough to make up for all the hotel's shortcomings. The pool is not heated, as it says. It was freezing, as was the pool room. There isnt a hot tub anymore. It does not have one. They filled it in. The beds are very small. Most hotels have queens. They have doubles. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The shower doesn't drain well, so you have to stand in an inch or so of water the entire time.

An okay hotel. The TV was incredibly old (720p max) and bolted to the dresser so you couldn't move it, even slightly, to a more convenient angle for viewing. Each floor had an unpleasant smell near the elevators, I'm guessing there's a trash chute nearby but it really is an unpleasant smell. The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly so my guess is all the small issues like exposed wiring in the elevator, wall damage an unpleasant smells are more likely from an owner that isn't willing to spend much money on maintenance. The room was booked for me by my employer so it wasn't that big of a deal but I wouldn't choose to spend my money staying here when there's so many options available in the area.

Robin at the front desk was very nice! Nan was very sweet and cooked a great breakfast! She was so sweet and loved chatting with her. Summer answered the phone when we called and was very sweet and helpful. Very nice staff, clean hotel and rooms. Nothing fancy. But comfortable and clean. Good water pressure in the shower.
