Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Snyder

I was seriously disappointed in this hotel. No hot water, tv not working, breakfast is a joke. Not worth the cost. Thankfully, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The rest of the hotel was shabby and the elevator sounded like it was on its last leg. Won't stop here again

My Husband and I stayed here again and just like the first time ir was a awesome stay. The staff is awesome and so nice...The breakfast was really good. Rooms are clean and smell so nice. Everything we go so Snyder that will be are number 1 stay. We will be back..

*Checkout Payment Issue Needs Resolution* I booked this stay on 01/24/2026 using PayPal Pay Later (4 installments of $18.98 at a discounted rate). The payment was valid and was successfully located by a front desk employee at check-in. Unfortunately, at checkout, another staff member (Angela) stated they could not find the same payment and required me to pay again using a different method, charging the full amount at a higher rate. This has created concern about a possible double charge (PayPal Pay Later and PayPal Mastercard) and has required additional time and effort on my part to monitor and potentially dispute the charge. Additionally, Wi-Fi was unavailable during my stay, despite being advertised. I hope management reviews this matter and improves payment handling consistency so fut

Employees (Angie, Delilah, Elizabeth, Joan and Sher) were super friendly and helpful. My sister and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during Winter Storm Fern. We were in Snyder taking care of our elderly parents, and the staff were so caring and supportive. The hotel was super clean....It needs a refresh by Marriott.

Unfortunately, the hotel, while nice was seriously understaffed and needed housekeeping. My room hadn’t been cleaned 6 days. The only bright spots is the hardworking overnight food service lady and the front desk man, Marvin Morell, he maintains a great sense of humor ever he is having to wear multiple hats.
