The hotel staff is AMAZING! This hotel is perfect for families on vacation with kids. With that said, if your own business for a long-term stay you may want to choose one of the other surrounding choices. They cater to the ski hill vacationers so you won't get any sleep. The staff at the front desk are lovely and greatly appreciated.

This is a great hotel. Disregard any negative views. Everything is brand new, Bed was comfortable, breakfast was fine for a free breakfast, nearby restaurants you can walk to. Also really nice fuse over the stadium and of the mountains. Highly recommend.

I was here the end of January for a family ski vacation. The people at the front desk were some of the nicest most helpful people I've ever encountered at a hotel. Sylvia on day shift and Mark at night both went out of their way to make our stay special. The hotel was very clean and in a great location for dining , shopping and especially skiing.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received days after my stay at this hotel. I called the hotel because I was initially charged $200.00 for one night, but my receipt showed $179.67. A staff member named MARY answered and began looking up my reservation. At first, the conversation was fine while she reviewed my information. She explained the charges, and as I checked my bank account, I confirmed that I was charged $179.67. When I tried to clarify the amount to make sure we were on the same page, she abruptly said “No, I said $139.67” in a very dismissive tone. I calmly corrected her and explained that I had said $179.67, and it seemed she had simply misheard me. Instead of continuing to assist, she rudely hung up the phone, stating she had to “check people in.” I called ba
