Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista in the Marriott Village

Stayed for 10 nights. Rooms were good, clean and comfortable, shower probably needs an update. Check in was quick and easy. Great location for all activities in Orlando. This offers great value if you are looking for a good night's sleep in-between all the parks etc. The free breakfast could do with some more hot food options, as can become boring, but it is free and saves you money going elsewhere. Would stay again

I recently stayed at the Fairfield and SpringHill locations in the Marriott Village while visiting Disney. Between the two properties, I personally liked the Fairfield better and would keep it in mind for future trips to the area if the price remains competitive. I was able to book a pool view guest room directly with Marriott for a AAA rate of $77, including all taxes and fees - the best Marriott deal in the area. The property was older but featured a somewhat newer, mid-’10s Fairfield design. It was clear that the furniture was quite a bit newer than the fixtures in the room I had next door at the SpringHill. I had a very good stay, I'll probably re book this hotel because of its shuttle service to the disney world parks. it was very convenient and even if you want to take an uber to the parks it will be cheap because of the location. There is an outlet 15 mins away walking and a little convenience store near by. The breakfats was basic but good. I had a pleasant stay

We have stayed here now several times and keep coming back. The Fairfield is part of a “ complex “ called Marriott Village sandwiched between a Courtyard and a SpringHill Suites ( when requesting an Uber, don’t be like others on here , be sure to place the pin at the right hotel driveway ). It’s an older hotel but has been remodeled over the years . PROS : A) Excellent location. You are minutes from Disney Springs and the best outlets in Central Florida up the street. All the Disney Parks are close by, as are Sea World and Universal. Lots of restaurant options too ( highly recommend Ford’s Garage 5 min up the road ) plus a Publix up the street too. B) The free breakfast is great. Very large room with lots of seating , thy always have scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage and Mickey waffles .

Things you need to know before booking here: - needs renovations. - mattress are old and worn out - elevators are slow and 2 out of 3 were down when I visited -you’ll get slapped in the face with a 25$ per night parking fee. -the lady that checked me in wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. -the breakfast was standard hotel continental a lot of the seats and furniture was torn and worn out. While I appreciate the low pricing. This is a run down and poorly managed hotel. I would certainly look elsewhere there is much better for similar money in this area.
