Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando International Drive/Convention Center

I really had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was above and beyond awesome. Not just the front desk, but the servers at breakfast were exceptionally awesome. The entire breakfast experience was well above most included breakfasts at wonderful hotels. My room is clean, laid out well and comfortable. There were a bunch of kids who were staying at the hotel for a sporting event and yet my room was dead quiet. The location was super convenient to the convention center.Where I was attending an event. I will stay at this property again without hesitation.

Average hotel in the Orlando conference area. I was expecting a better location but gym (very small), pool (tiny and in the shade) and breakfast (not too much variety of food) were not as I hoped. The very positive part of the hotel is the people working in it. Very friendly and available for any kind of request we asked. Particularly more than others wereTerenice and Isidra, the kind ladies serving at breakfast. They were always nice to everyone and they helped us every morning serving our food.

Positive: Great location to ICON Park. Free breakfast. Nice lobby area with lots of seating. Free coffee & tea. Negative: The parking fee. The room, particularly the bathroom, needs to be updated to modern standards. Breakfast is free, but options for healthy food is limited.

Subject: Disastrous Experience at Springhill Marriott and Fairfield Marriott My wife and I had the worst possible experience upon our arrival at the Springhill Marriott on February 16th, which turned our trip to the KBIS conference into an absolute nightmare. We arrived with a work group, all of whom had reservations that were smoothly processed—except for ours. We were told that our reservation had been canceled at our request, which was completely false. The staff could not provide any explanation or confirm who within their office made the cancellation. We were then informed that no rooms were available at the Springhill Marriott due to the high demand from the KBIS conference. After a frustrating back-and-forth with hotel staff, they offered us a room 2 miles away at the Fairfield Marr

Alejandro at the front desk made our check-in experience so smooth and stress-free. He was extremely patient while helping us through the entire check-in process. What stood out the most was how polite and professional he remained the whole time. Even when things took a little longer than expected, he stayed calm, kind, and attentive. It’s clear that he truly cares about providing great customer service. Thank you, Alejandro, for starting our stay off on such a positive note. You made us feel valued and welcomed, and we really appreciate it!
