Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld®

Stayed here while visiting universal studios. They offer a shuttle to and from the parks. This was very helpful. The check in agent was friendly. Got upgraded room and was able to relax in the living room. Lot of walkable shops nearby. I would definitely stay in this location again. Recommended

I stayed here for the IAAPA conference in November of 2025. The location was perfect for the conference. They included shuttles and were extremely accomodating at the front desk. Although I didn't frequent it, there was a Starbucks on the property as well as a poolside bar. Parking was easy, but is not complementary. There is a TGI Fridays and a CVS within walking distance. Definitely a great place with a reasonable price for my 3 night stay. Friendly staff too!

On our first night in Orlando, my family and I were involuntarily "walked" (relocated) from another Marriott property due insufficient vacancy. They stated there was a maintenance issue with our reserved room. The initial hotel arranged for us to transfer our stay to the Fairfield Inn by SeaWorld. While the this relocation was inconvenient, we understand that maintenance and availability issues sometimes arise. While checking in at Fairfield, they offered to transfer our entire 6 night stay to avoid further relocation. Despite receiving re-assurance and confirmation for the entire 6 night stay from the front desk staff at Fairfield, the following morning we received a check-out notification (after we were already at the parks), and were told in no uncertain terms that they did not hav

We had a great experience at this hotel. The territory is very cozy, and the small pool with children’s fountains is perfect for families with kids. Everything was clean and comfortable.Parking is paid and costs about $30–40. Breakfast is quite modest by American standards, but it is included, which is convenient. The hotel is located right next to SeaWorld, so you can easily walk there and avoid paying for parking at the park.

i have been coming to international drive for 14 years, staying in many hotels and this is by far the worst. Definitely not equipped for a two week stay when compared to other hotels in a similar price bracket. no USB sockets in the room, no life guard or life jackets for kids, no safes in the room, frequently ran out of pool towels. it's quicker to walk to seaworld - the "shuttle" took after half an hour so only made that mistake once! The front desk staff are incompetent and one in particular was horrible to me- very unprofessional . On four separate occasions i had to go and remind them that i had no car so please remove the parking charges! check in and check out was an absolute nightmare and took such a long time. |i will say that the housekeeping staff worked hard and the beds where
