Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Kingsland

David greeted me with a smile. That is important to a person that travels a lot. The hotel was clean and everything was nice in my room. The trash bags were not installed in either waste basket. I would definitely stay here again.

This may be the worst Marriott we've ever stayed in. It's apparently undergoing a much needed renovation. The mattress felt Like it was from.the 70s. The.tub and shower nothing short of disgusting. Dark Mold in the grout. Carpets worn.and lights without switches. So we had to unplug the lamps to.sleep. The front desk personnel were pleasant.

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had checking in. I called twice a half hour before I arrived to make sure the room was ready before I booked on the Marriott ap and each time the phone rang 15-20 times with no pick up. When I arrived there was nobody at the desk for 5-10 minutes but I could see someone sitting at an office in the back so I called ‘hello can anybody help me’ in a modest voice and the person came around and said ‘no need to scream’ I didn’t scream but was tempted to say I guess there is also no need to answer the phone or man the front desk. When the front desk person came out a few minutes later there was no apology but she did say, while chewing and with food on her face, that she was ‘working back there’. Got the room closest to the highway as a result.

Positive: Convenient to I95, modern nice clean rooms, indoor pool & hot tub, standard breakfast including waffles, clean! Good WiFi, safe location, several similar hotels clustered by hwy.Stayed twice! Drive down & again drive back home! Negative: ""

If I could give this hotel a 1 star I would. My husband & I travelled 1.5 hours to this hotel for my daughter’s game she was cheering at. I booked a room with 2 queen bed (as we have 3 children) September 12th. The lady that checked me in apologized, but the room I reserved was not available. So they offered a king size bed with a pull out sofa. We said that was fine & finished checking in, as I was checking in she asked for my card that I reserved with through Expedia. I asked her if I was going to get charged again. She stated No. I gave her my card & within minutes I got a text saying I was charged. She apologized multiple times & stated it would be refunded the next day. Well, we stayed Friday-Sunday. On Sunday upon checking out, I asked if I needed to do anything on my end for the ref
