Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Hanford

Unsatisfactory customer service. Front desk clerk denied my partner and I a room. She stated that do not Allow anyone to reserve rooms until 12:00 pm. This was Saturday early morning around 6am. I asked are there full, they were not. We needed a place to rest until the afternoon.||We left and booked a room at Hilton Home2suite stay, down the road. Hilton has excellent guest service and no policy that prevents guests booking rooms in early morning if needed. Hilton has check out @2pm.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Hanford, CA, for an entire month and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was evident. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized, which immediately creates a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff truly sets this location apart. Every front desk team member was professional, courteous, and genuinely willing to help with anything needed. I would especially like to recognize Vincent at the front desk for his outstanding customer service. He was attentive, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that this team takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel

Booked a room via the app as I’m a Gold Elite Member. It was truly disappointing when I go to check in after I had just finished a shift from 6AM to 12AM to have the night audit notify me that they are sold out. While it’s no human is at fault, it’s just odd & and very disappointing I was allowed to book. It would’ve been nice if the app sent notification. I only gained knowledge of the cancellation via email but only once I settled in the neighboring Hilton Home 2.

I stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. Since it’s a relatively new hotel, everything felt clean and modern including the design. Even though the hotel is next to the highway, my room was a bit farther from it, so I didn’t hear any noise. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special, but about what you’d expect from a hotel in this range. There’s no hot tub, and the pool is heated, but it still felt a bit too chilly to actually enjoy swimming. The water is soft, so it can feel a little slippery when you shower, but I personally didn’t mind it. The staff at the reception were friendly and responsive whenever I needed something. Overall, I’d recommend it!

This new hotel is a wonderful addition to the area, and we were thrilled when it opened since we travel here often. The pricing is very competitive and often lower than other comparable hotels within a 30-mile radius. There is no additional charge for parking, which is a big plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating during both check-in and check-out. Our room was spacious and offered all the amenities you’d expect from a Fairfield. For longer stays, it’s worth noting that the closet is on the smaller side. The bed was very comfortable, though it did sit slightly lower to the floor than what we’re accustomed to.
