Best Western Hanford Inn

So, my family and I have been staying at this place for quite a while, due to our job. Everything seemed fine and one of the front desk individuals (Wayne) pretending to be so kind. Until one time, I had to leave the keys of one of my cars at the lobby for an acquaintance (a mechanic), since I had to go out of town. Albeit, he didn't pick up the car. When I went back to get the keys, there was a family in the lobby and Wayne stared at me, acting like he never seen me before, while the family also gave a negative stare. I walked out and went to the manager's room and POLITELY asked the manager's wife if she could get the keys for me. Instead, she responded with such an attitude and tried to force me to go back into the lobby to get them myself. And there I was, embarrassingly having to deal

Not worth the money for a motel 6 building. There are loud freight trains that are very close. The dining area is about 4 mini tables crowded into the lobby. If you want hot food you’ll have to microwave it. The room doors are a few feet from the cars.

A remarkably clean and comfortable establishment offering breakfast at a very reasonable price. • Enjoy a great stay in a spotless environment; breakfast is included and the rates are affordable. • Spotless accommodations and high comfort, complete with a reasonably priced breakfast.

Positive: Easy access to the hospital for my husband's procedure. Your basic outdoor corridor, okay for 1 night facility: nothing fancy. Room was clean enough. Free breakfast included waffles, microwaveable food, beverages, etc. Friendly staff. Negative: Noisy location due to close proximity of freeway. Leaf blower started up on the sidewalk at 8:30 a.m. Very annoying. I had been up since 5, but many other cars still in the lot at that hour. Orange juice was very watered down.

Always a pleasure staying at this location, clean and quiet beds are nice and best sleep we have after a long drive. From San Diego to Hanford we choose this property and Pavan and Patel always help us with our check in and check out thank you for the hospitality!!!!
