Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Duluth

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott was already great, but Colby truly made it exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure my family felt comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of. His professionalism and positive attitude stood out right away, and he handled everything with patience and genuine kindness. Traveling with family can sometimes be stressful, but Colby made the experience smooth and enjoyable. He anticipated what we might need, checked in to make sure we were doing well, and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Hotel was very clean and in a great location. Continental breakfast was awesome as well.

This seemed like a fairly new Fairfield and was one of the better ones that I have stayed at over the years. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was kept stocked, though variety was a bit light. No waffles or pancakes here. Close to restaurants, gas, and shopping. Short drive to downtown.

This is a great spot in Hermantown. I think the highlight of this hotel is the staff. They are very friendly and greet you as you walk by. They definitely seem to care about Service. The rooms are nice and updated. There was some black stuff in the shower, mold? I wish that there was a way to sit and watch TV without having to sit in the bed, but I guess that’s somewhat common. I thought the breakfast was decent definitely not great, but I didn’t expect it to be great. Good location very quiet. The digital key was a nice add

I've stayed here a few trips now and have been pleased. The staff are helpful and friendly and you can't go wrong with the breakfast if you won't want to venture out. Rooms are well sized and the beds are pretty comfortable too. Pretty close to everything we wanted to do, between a stop at the mall, amd down to activities in Canal Park
