It was awful. ||The first thing you see is siding falling off of the building and the first thing you smell is mildew and mold. Then, you get to the room and there are holes in the walls, the lights switches are covered in grime, the TV doesn’t work, and there is water damage everywhere.||If you want to sleep at night…don’t check the bed. I made the mistake of checking for a protective mattress cover and discovered there wasn’t one. Instead, I saw all sorts of miscellaneous stains and, upon closer inspection, the sheets were dirty too. ||Worst part was when the front desk come to check it out and threw the sheets in a fit of rage when we asked politely for a refund and said we didn’t want to stay there anymore. Read!!! Book at your own risk!!! You can believe a honest review or the fake ones up to you. The pictures are old ones when it was new looks nothing like it does online. Walked in lobby to check in first thing I see is 3 drug addicts fighting over a Walmart cinnamon roll get my room key go up stairs to my room the smell is horrible the night stand draw is out with tons of mold in it found roaches in the bed so I went down stairs to check out the pool curious how bad it could be found two naked men in the hot tub tried getting a refund they wouldn’t do it kept giving me the ring around save your self some trouble and spend the bit extra on somewhere better if you got it if you don’t sleep in your car.

Would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The staff is absolutely HORRIBLE. Rude as can be, except for one worker- her name was Angelica I think? We absolutely LOVED her! She was the only one that was nice & always trying to help. There was also MOLD in the room. Which I can see because they rarely got cleaned!!! The other workers were Always sitting at the front desk talking down about people that stay there & always trying to find problems with people just to treat them poorly. Our room would never get cleaned unless we got rude and begged basically. They Wouldn’t change our beds and when they did we had to wait on our stuff to get washed and dried before getting our bed made. Check in was a breeze. I was informed when I made the reservation (3nights) that I could pay for a full week of pet fee of $60 or I could pay $25 a night which I appriciated the discount, of course! Well apon getting into our room, we discoved the handle and locks were busted. Looked like someone had kicked in our door. It didn't latch properly. I reported it right away as I have kids. I was told I could leave my dog in the room when we went out and about to just leave my number and room for them to call if he was barking. First day was good no complaints were made to me. Second day we were gone for only an hour and I received a call saying my dog was howling. (Our dog doesn't howl. He's 7 and I've never once heard him howl.) So I went back and got him and he came with us for the day. Fast
