Extended Stay America Suites- Washington D.C. - Tysons Corner

I had an excellent experience at Extended Stay America – Tysons Corner and couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The team consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a great place for an extended stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and that’s largely because of the hardworking and friendly staff who take pride in what they do. A huge thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a positive and stress-free experience thanks to Nagwa and Suaad. Positive: Its location Negative: Rooms are cleaned once per week. Request for change of towels took over 20 hours to be fulfilled. The lady at the front desk ( the older of the two) was not helpful and very rude, not fit for front desk

1. Check in quick and sweet. |2. Housekeeping is very attentive. The public area and guest rooms are very clean. |3. The most important is the location of this hotel is easy access to DC; Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, and of course, Tyson Corner business district & mall, convenient with dining options and groceries. |4. The guest room equip with a kitchenette which is definitely a great convenient. The kitchenette has a large full height fridge, electric stove, exhaust, microwave and a good size countertop. |5. I have a water leaking issue above the bathtub. The Engineering, Front Desk are in speed arrangement to recovery the issue at once. The ceiling leaking within 1 day was structure well and look brand new.

I appreciated having enough space to relax and feel settled rather than cramped. While the hotel is simple and no-frills, it offers great value for the price and meets expectations for an extended stay. Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable option for anyone needing a practical and friendly place to stay in the Tysons Corner area.
