Embassy Suites by Hilton Tysons Corner

We stayed at the Embassy Suites last night. When we got there, a lovely lady named Chelsea greeted us with a big smile on her face. She was so pleasant and accommodating. I wish every hotel had a warm person like her to welcome their guests. When we were checking out, another lovely lady helped us and was just and pleasant and cheerful as Chelsea. Embassy Suites is doing a phenomenal job of hiring awesome people to welcome their guests!! Thank you, Embassy Suites!

Positive: Nice-sized suite with two rooms so that early risers can let the sleepers sleep. Good location for us. Clean and included breakfast. Negative: 1. $12 charge for parking. Ridiculous for this location and this level of hotel. 2. First room had blaring loud air conditioner and we had to change.3. Breakfast options were far less than in this same hotel in San Diego. 4. Hotel hot in public areas.

Stayed here over Christmas and New Year’s 2025. I like the location of this hotel, but you get what you pay for. It is the oldest Embassy Suites that I have stayed in, and I have been to several all over the country - it is definitely due for an update. I was a little disappointed that it was not decorated for Christmas. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not luxurious. The free breakfast is adequate, with the omelette bar being nice a perk. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had to change rooms during my stay due to someone smoking on a non-smoking floor. It took a couple of tries to find an odor free room, but the front desk accommodated me without hesitation, which was appreciated (even though I ended up in a smaller room). Chelsea The front desk manager was excellent. She was not only extremely attentive but she was kind, patient and joyful. In this day and age when service tends to lack it's refreshing when someone is outstanding inwhat they do. It is obviously something that she enjoys doing. Somehow she managed to be everywhere we needed her when we needed her and it seemed like she was here 24/7 but always with a genuine smile on her face. Please remind her how outstanding she is and how much her customers appreciate her service Thanks Chelsea.

This is the second time I coordinated a large group staying at this location and yet again we had a wonderful experience. Despite the complications of bitter cold and far above normal snow and ice we had a great stay and would recommend it without hesitation to groups coming into the DC area, for business or vacation travel. We were particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the hotel's management (Julie, Hira) to our needs in securing the reservation and supporting our requests for support. The front desk staff was invariably efficient, professional and friendly - important for a group like ours with many visiting the area for the first time and for whom English is not their first language. Thanks to Ashleigh and Chelsea especially but all of the staff at all hours were great. The man
