I stay at this Courtyard often, and the experience is consistently excellent every single time. The staff sets the standard for what great hospitality should be. Kyong and Fatima are truly exceptional. They are always professional, warm, and attentive, and they make every stay feel welcoming and easy. Their consistency and genuine care for guests really stand out and are the reason I continue to choose this location. Amenities were clean& well maintained, and the location was extremely convenient, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Martin at the front desk was an angel. Him and his manager were welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind from the moment I arrived. Every interaction felt pleasant and personal, and they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Their hospitality made a real difference and turned a good stay into a great one. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel because every subsequent interaction with the staff was outstanding.

Positive: This hotel has an excellent staff. Everyone that we interacted with during our two recent stays, were both pleasant and helpful. In particular at the front desk, who helped is out quite a bit. Also the property was very quiet. Negative: The rooms could use a little updating. Also, there aren’t any complementary tea bags in the room. Very minor complaints, but worth mentioning.

The hotel is close to a metro and a few places to eat which is nice. However you cannot fully control the temperature in your room anymore and it gets very hot especially at night. It is just miserable. If you are at all warm natured this hotel is not for you. I spoke with several guests having the same experience.

My wife and I stayed here for five days. The hotel was neat and clean. The staff were kind and attentive. I liked the free coffee in the room and the instant high pressure hot water from the shower. It's also a five minute walk to the Metro station. We didn't rent a car because the Metro took us everywhere we wanted to go. Airport, Tysons Corner, Tysons Corner II, Smithsonian, White House, Capitol, Monument, The Wharf, Crystal City & etc.... We did take an Uber to a couple of restaurants close by because the weather was too cold to walk 15 minutes. I enjoyed my stay at the Marriott Dunn Loring. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
