Extended Stay America Suites- Red Bank - Middletown

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. In room kitchenette was great. The front desk staff I encountered was AWESOME!!! Lynda especially. She always greeted me and others as we walked in. She asked how our day was and if something was needed she dropped what she was doing and took care of it. She is great!!!

The service was A+ and wonderful and our room was very clean. The bathroom was clean as well with plenty of hot water and we got extra towels when I asked. The beds were comfortable and the kids fell right to sleep! The free breakfast was delicious, with coffee, blueberry muffins and oatmeal. My grandkids were very happy! They loved our room and outside view. Nadine, Linda, and Rizieri provided us with excellent service across the board! Thank you so much Ladies. It was great staying here on Thanksgiving while visiting family.

I am giving this Extended Stay America one star due to a complete lack of safety, sanitation, and professional management. During the recent snowstorm, there was zero snow removal. The parking lot and walkways were covered in blankets of ice, forcing guests to shovel each other out just to stay safe. Inside, the conditions were just as bad: the hallways smell like urine, the counter in my room was coming apart, and I have seen roaches. Management offered me another room, but I refused—at the prices they charge, no guest should have to deal with broken furniture, pests, and filth. Beyond the sanitation issues, there is dog poop everywhere outside and constant smoking in the building despite the rules. The walls are thin, and I had to deal with loud music from the floor below at all hours. T

Overall hotel is quiet and clean. Rooms have a fridge, two burner stove and microwave. Beds are decent. (I am very picky). The best part of the hotel is the customer service. Lynda was the best. She always said hi, asked how my day was went, and took care of my request immediately!! She is the best. Highly recommend

Positive: The shower was very good, not too hot, plenty of pressure. Negative: It was difficult to set the climate control for the room. It was either too cold or too warm. Could not find the perfect setting.
