Extended Stay America Suites- Orlando Theme Parks - Vineland Rd.

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando Theme Parks - Major Blvd., and while the facilities could use some updates, the exceptional service from the staff made our experience truly memorable. We ended up here last-minute after another hotel lost our reservation, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us without any hassle. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and efficiency stood out. A special shoutout to John, the General Manager—he was incredible! He personally ensured we got settled quickly, answered all our questions about the area, and even followed up to make sure everything was okay during our stay. A party of 10 really looking forward to our stay at the hotel given the reviews that we read prior to booking. On arrival it took a while for the receptionist to greet us however she was helpful. We headed down a very dated corridor, with an overwhelming smell of pets to the 2 suites. On opening the door the smell increased in its intensity . It was a very large room with 2 double beds and a sofa, kitchenette , bathroom and large wardrobe area. No coat hangers to hang anything up so had to live out of our cases. The bed sheets were clean but stained, the sofa pulled out as a bed however the mattress was so thin, stained and very uncomfortable. The bathroom looked dirty, very dated, the sealant had come away in places allowing bugs to get through, drawers wouldn’t close fully or were taped

Positive: It was roomy and close to Universal Studios Negative: It advertised a queen bed, and it was a full-size mattress on a queen boxspring, the carpet was very worn. The room itself was kind of worn and outdated.

I stayed at Extended Stay America Suites – Orlando Theme Parks – Vineland Rd., and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. What really shocked me was the area near the air conditioning unit — it was wet. When I stepped there while getting into bed, my foot got wet. That is completely unacceptable. It did not feel like the room was properly cleaned or maintained on a daily basis. We only stayed because we could not find another available hotel at that time. Otherwise, we would have left. I will not stay here again and I do not recommend this property to others.

Let's start with the customer service and the careless they have. We all have rules to go by and ofc you don't want to loose your job. But to have the care of a human being just as a person who understands is amazing. The rooms are very spacious and clean comes with what you need to call home. They always welcome you with love.
