Extended Stay America Suites- Orlando Theme Parks - Major Blvd.

It was worse than a motel. No one came to clean the room or give us fresh towels on any of the days we spent there. We had to go to front desk and ask for toilet tissue and they only gave one roll for 5 people. Then we were told that we had to bring our towels to front desk if we wanted them cleaned and had to pay extra if we wanted our room cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was garbage and all day and all night, there were people smoking. The smell is awful… I’ll never come back. Spent too much money on a terrible experience.

An excellent choice for a long-term stay. The property is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are cozy and fully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. The management team is professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. Great value for the area and a convenient location. We had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend it.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The hallways smell like food and mariguana. The carpet in the room. Was dirty the air filter should have been changed. They offer breakfast and all they had was a muffin and I didn't see coffee overall I was diassapointed. For the money I pay no good

So where to start? The gentleman at the front that took my reservation was great. The lady they checked me out at the end was great. Also, those are the only two people I saw as far as staff. I got to the room and there was this smell cigarette me and my family did not smoke. I found a cigarette bud inside the garbage. All the rooms were booked so I can then move. The room was clean but the smell was just too powerful. I had to go buy Lysol. Luckily we were not in the room in the day. It was just to sleep. I booked it because that was the only thing available. Once the morning came I didn't stay for breakfast or anything. I just left found myself another hotel. Again the stuff that I did see were great!. The room was clean but old but the smell still can't get over it.

Elisha and Shay are great. These two make the hotel better with their kindness, consistency, consideration, intelligence and quick on their feet to fix a problem. Give these ladies a raise ! I have lived here on and off for the past year and I look forward to seeing these two. I don’t see shay as much since they shut down the front but I see her from time to time. Always has that smile on her face! So glad Elisha is the assistant manager she totally deserves that position. I’m suprised she wasn’t made the GM. I would say The rooms need to updated though but no major issues on my end. It’s close to everything you need. Feels like home.
