Extended Stay America Suites- Orlando - Southpark - Commodity Circle

All the staff are excellent and very polite and informative. I couldn’t be more comfortable. Literally home away from home. Lana is always helpful anytime I have trouble figuring things out with how to make my reservation and hector is very energetic and bright, even the housekeepers meet me with a smile when I see them. I’m blown away with how I feel like part of a home away from home. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I’ve been here for close to three months now. I give a five star rating for this apartment like accommodations and excellent customer service. I recommend anyone looking for affordable quality places to stay.

Arrived late and difficult to know how to check in. Room was fine but had no coffee/tea making facilities. Bath was old, chipped and dirty marks. Shower no wall attachment. Paid for breakfast which was non existent. There was coffee and tea but no cups and no milk.  When we asked the desk for cups and breakfast they said they would be arriving later - when pushed they said Friday (we were there on Tuesday). The photos show the advertised breakfast and real world breakfast at 8am.

0/5 Service After spending over $70,000 staying with Extended Stay America, this particular location (#9809) decided today, when I had a grand total of $47 in my account, they were going to charge me $22.50 for checking out a whole hour late. It’s also the very first time - at any of their many locations I’ve stayed at - they haven’t knocked on my door on checkout day, like yesterday, the day before that and the day before that, asking whether I wanted housekeeping or if I was checking out. So, this was obviously completely arbitrary and didn’t need to happen at all. Thanks, guys. Does it feel good to kick a man when he’s down? Again, we’re talking about an *hour*. We walked into the hotel, thinking it was ok. Then we started walking to the elevator and we got a strong smell of cigarettes. Then we got into the elevator. It sounded like it was going to crash to the ground. Something is definitely wrong with it. We got off the elevator and the hallway was dirty and smelled like marijuana. We got to our room and immediately tried to find another place to stay. IT was dirty and there was mold growing in the bathroom. The sheets looked dirty. Surfaces were dusty and had pop/water rings on the furniture. Unfortunately we couldn't find another place to stay, so we toughed it out for the 3 nights. My son and I slept on top of the covers and layered clothing for blankets. We didn't trust going under the sheets. Terrible when my son had to use his back pac

All around great staff. Always friendly and very accommodating to my request. Special notice for two staff who have gone above and beyond during my stay here, Ms. Launa and Ms. Stephanie. These two have been very considerate and professional in their duties and to make my stay as comfortable as possible. There are some maintenance issues that need to be done around the establishment. And the breakfast bar in the morning could use a revision. But other than that. This is a decent place for your money. I would recommend it to anyone.
