Extended Stay America Suites- Orlando - Maitland - 1776 Pembrook Dr.

I recently stayed for two days at Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Maitland and my experience was a mix of genuinely wonderful staff and a room that unfortunately felt very worn down. First, the good: the staff here were excellent. Every interaction I had was friendly, helpful, and professional. You can tell the people working the front desk care about guests and are doing their best to create a welcoming atmosphere. They were attentive and kind throughout my stay, and that level of service absolutely deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the condition of the room itself didn’t match that same level of care. The space felt quite rough and clearly in need of maintenance and updates. The biggest issue by far was the bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt less like an

Upon first impression, the room was exceptionally clean. The ladies at the front desk are outstanding—always available, attentive, and consistently kind with a positive attitude. Even when approached multiple times a day, they remain patient and accommodating. Their professionalism and warmth truly make this place feel like home, and it’s evident that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

Positive: Hotel employee is absolutely \wonderful and as well as the housekeepers. Negative: The stoves need to be updated. The burners don't heat like they should and give off this black ash that get's everywhere. The plumbing in the bathrooms need to be addressed.

The room is spacious and clean. The furniture is kind of outdated but overall the room is nice and comfortable. It’s quiet and we felt safe. They have coffee, oatmeal, breakfast bars and muffins in the morning. The lobby is clean and smells good. The staff is amazing! They make you feel welcomed. I’ll definitely book again at this hotel for my next trip.

This Extended Stay America provided a pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff stood out for their kindness and helpfulness, and the hotel offered great value for an extended stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
