Extended Stay America Suites- Orlando - Lake Buena Vista

The hotel is in a good location. The front desk clerk was nice enough but was not overly accommodating or friendly but it was 3am when we checked in due to flight delays so I will offer some grace. However, the hotel was the smelliest and dirtiest I have ever stayed in. During the walk to our room, there were several unpleasant odors including weed and something that was just plain rotten. But in our room, it smelled like pet urine. It was so awful I went downstairs to ask for another room. I was offered a bottle of febreze. Given the time of night, I was too tired to argue, so we went to bed and left by 9am. The electrical outlet in the vanity area also did not work so I was unable to use my hair dryer. I was able to check out a day early with an employee at the front desk and was told a refund for one night would follow. I called the next day to confirm the amount of my refund and was told I was not seen on camera checking out so she could not issue me a refund. |This location also has all types people lurking outside all hours of the night and is very unsafe.||DO NOT STAY HERE.

Positive: Pool Negative: The hotel was under renovation there was no breakfast like stuff hot tub didn't work couldn't get wifi ice machine didn't work we had a kitchen but we had to go ask for the stuff to be able to cook there is no shuttle to disney u have to go next door

This place deserves NO STARS! Amazing location! But that hotel is giving MOTEL 6 should have been in the hood honestly! The furniture online is not what you will get, you the most cheapest, uncomfortable beds! It's smells like wet clothing, has mold every where! My room was changed due to dead roaches just get another one with dead roaches. My anxiety is was SHOT!!! I had to go buy cleaning supplies and plug ins to somewhat enjoy my stay, was disgusted and uncomfortable the entire time, GREAT LOCATION but terrible terrible place to stay EWWWWWWW! I checked out early I could no longer stay in the outdated building. False advertisement on the website for sure! Don't walk but RUNN FAR AWAY!

Had a great two-week stay! We chose this ESA for the prime location near local attractions and it didn't disappoint. We had a few minor room issues—an AC swap the first night and a quick plumbing fix later on—but the team was incredibly helpful. A huge shout-out to Ruth at the front desk for being so gracious and making sure we were taken care of! Our 2-bedroom studio was also the perfect size for us and our two cats.
