Positive: The location of the property Negative: I did not like the room because it was unusable: I could not take a shower. As a matter of fact, I want a refund. The situation was so bad and the front personnel said there was nothing she can do. So I checked out early and went to a different hotel

I'll start on a positive note... Pros - location was close to the interstate and quite a bit in central Orlando. The front desk was kind. Great coffee. Cons - not sure where to start. The stench throughout the ENTIRE hotel - elevator, halls, room. Thank goodness I bring candles and room spray every where I go. The FILTHY floors. The carpet had visible stains throughout the halls and in the room. Do not take your shoes off. EVER. Make sure to bring shower shoes, too. The halls had garbage and crumbs everyday over the course of our stay. The elevator had the same rose petals on the floor from the day we got there. Maybe they were trying to make us feel the Valentine's Day experience. The black mold on the ceiling, floor, and baseboard of the bathroom. Can't be good for our health. The flas

We paid $76 for our room which was very inexpensive. Room had a kitchenette, sofa, king bed and bathroom. Hotel also had an outdoor pool. The adjoining room left their TV on all night which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The breakfast was cereal bars and muffins which was better than nothing, but nothing special. Our bed was comfortable and hotel was clean. Check in was easy.

Outstanding Customer Service from Lizz! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Extended Stay America thanks to Lizz. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. She was patient, attentive, and handled every question or request with a positive attitude and a smile. It’s rare to find customer service that makes you feel genuinely welcomed and valued, but Lizz absolutely delivered. She is a huge asset to this location and made my stay that much better. Thank you for going the extra mile — it did not go unnoticed!

My husband and I stay in room in the 2nd floor ! I have no complaints what so ever ,if, when I do go to the front desk for anything -they quickly respond and stay onto my needs as a guest, love how they are pet friendly, always the lobby is clean and there’s always someone from front desk there assisting to every guest needs. The rooms are awesome, beds are great to have a great sleep rest and enjoy the amusement rides and walking! Everything is so nearby!!! Liz front front desk is spectacular, polite so sweet!she is always attentive to thy guest needs or situations! We are great full for that and the hotel should also promote her! Anyone reading this message should come and enjoy the stay and have a great experience of your own, the area where the hotel sits is perfect for all your funs
