Extended Stay America Suites- Orlando - Convention Center - Universal Blvd

Had a really comfortable stay here. The rooms are noticeably larger than most hotels in Orlando, which makes a big difference if you’re traveling with family or planning a longer visit. It’s budget-friendly without feeling cramped, and the location is super convenient for getting around the Universal area. Location is right near Icon Park, The eye, & most activities on International Drive! Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for something affordable, family-friendly, and comfortable for an extended stay. I would definitely stay again.

Positive: It is a great price considering the location! The location is perfect, its near everything u need within walking distance! Negative: IT had roaches, the staff sometimes are no where to be found, the phones in the room don't work and the entire 3rd floor smelled like marijuana

BEWARE This is a ROACH MOTEL!! This has been the most unpleasant experience ever. Upon arrival, we were greeted rudely with a YES and loud music blasting from her personal phone that was never turned down. We could barely hear her questions or instructions. Our room smelt like dirty feet. There were dead and live cock roaches all over the room. There is mold under the sink. Supposedly, they were sold out and couldn't us move to another room, although I'm not sure that would have helped anyway because my daughter had a room across the hall and her room was full of live cock roaches . We didn't get sleep wondering if the bugs were running around our belongings. The front desk clerk came to our room and was disgusted by the site. She returned with a broom and mop to sweep everything and bleac

Im giving a 1 star due to lack of communication from night to day shift. The night shift lady that checked us in gave us a discount on the pet fee because it was a ridiculous amount for the stay. We were there 12 days working with the whole crew staying there. They made plenty of money but wanted more. They charged me another 84.50 even though the night shift lady said no it is paid in full. She was a great and helpful lady but the management is not. To management if a employee gives a discount to a patron you should probably honor that or tell them they can not do that next time. But you shouldn't charge the patron for your employees mistake. We checked with her twice and she said both time we were paid in full for all our fees(even after you left a note under our door). I stayed at this location over the weekend and from the beginning it was a terrible experience. The location is the ONLY good thing about this hotel. The whole place is rundown, broken door handles, cleanish towels, creaky bathtubs etc. The staff does not care about the guests and clearly they only hire people without any form of professionalism. After leaving i realized i left several items behind and called to see about it. That started a 3 day process. I spoke with the front desk they took my info and said they would call me back, never did, I stopped by after work and they said they didn’t have it but I could reach out to the manager and they gave me a number.
