Extended Stay America Suites- Olympia - Tumwater

Everything was good. Althought my first room "FLOODED" in the middle of the night, the first night but was efficentky moved to a "new" room to finish out my stay on a positive note. I took advantaage of the Morning Coffee and it was excellent. Limited items for a breakfast as it would be nice to have a few bagles and cream cheese.

Full kitchen w supplies on demand (no blender tho 😔) also no oven but 2 stove tops w full size fridge 😊 Down side is No pool or hot tub , or lobby w computers, but has laundry room about $4 per load. Nice size room & also clean. Good price for what we get.

Positive: It was pretty clean and very comfy. We were able to have a coffee machine and coffee in our room. The muffins were good in the morning. Negative: The room smelled like animal pee. Likely cat. Perhaps a cat that sprayed. We have allergies. We were alarmed by big dogs barking in the hallway and scratching on our door or close by, we were not yet sleeping

Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are nice and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast bar is well stocked with fruit bars, oatmeal, coffee, and other snack like items. Convenient location and reasonably priced stays. They also loan out dishes, utensils and cookware which makes your extended stay even more convenient. I rated 4 stars as opposed to 5 based on when I asked for housekeeping the only service rendered was a change of bedsheets and pillow cases. A full service cleaning would’ve been ideal. I was pleased with the clean linen but I’m sure I could’ve been more specific and received the service I was looking for. I’d recommend this location for a good quality stay.

Melissa and all the staff always greet you with a smile. Everyone is so kind and helpful and should you need anything they are quick to resolve the situation. They definitely stand by the saying of We hope you enjoy your stay. They do make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Not just housekeeping does the cleaning I have noticed the staff all pitching in as well. All the staff are always making sure the hotel is neat, clean, and tidy, and guests are as happy and as comfortable as possible.
