*Late Review* I lived here for almost 6 months in 2023, after going through some major life hurdles, I was fortunate enough to reserve an rv space big enough for my travel trailer on very short notice and during the midst of fall/winter. The owner/property manager was more than transparent, understanding and was easy to work with. A dog friendly complex and close to local businesses. Full hookups and laundry services on-site. I'm sure I'm missing a few things to add, but I will say my experience here was positive and I could see myself staying here again.

My husband and I moved from Alderbrook almost 12 years ago, I can't believe its been that long ago! We just outgrew our home there. It was a great place to raise my oldest son, very safe and neighbor's watched out for each other, the management made sure to keep the rif-raf at bay and we really appreciated that(sounds like they are still at it, reading some if the reviews). I often think of the good memories of living there and I am sure it is still a great place to live! I moved there because while it us an RV/Mobile home park, it was clean and didn't have the stereotypical "trailer park" feel, at least in the area where we were.

This was my first time with my motor home and Linda was so helpful and kind. All the folks I met there were polite and friendly. Linda , Rita, Dave , thank you for your experience and help. Close to Fred Meyers, Walmart , Home Depot, but still absolutely quiet and clean. Laundry room, showers full hookups, I will definitely be back!

So friendly people an great people that manage park are very helpful to me an my family . Feel like one of the family around here in admisfear of park. My space is great great an birds an sl quite u could hear a mouse if there was any. Big change from where we were in Lakewood,wa. Town Center area was like interstate 5 all the time.
