Extended Stay America Suites- Mt. Olive - Budd Lake

We just moved out after spending 5 months there waiting to move into our new house. We didn’t expect to be there that long but oh well. Sonda and the staff at the front desk is very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Joe the maintenance guy and the cleaning staff were also very nice. They all made our stay less trying (trying because who wouldn’t rather live in a house for five months lol). The view out of our window was nice as it was autumn and there were mountains in the distance. You just had to block out the wires etc. Hotel was pet friendly and I loved seeing all the adorable dogs, pretty much all of whom were well behaved.

Highly reccomend this hotel. I have stayed here many times and have referred friends who have stayed and they also had good experiences here. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are well maintained by their Maintance Director Joe, theor Management team is always working hard to create a good customer experience. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the "ambiance" and festivity of the hotel at ALL of the holidays, ESPECIALLY CHRISTMAS & HANNUKAH. Their Manager Cheryl is an AMAZING decorator! |It just makes you feel good! And makes feel the Holy Spirit within the air. To see it and look at. She greeted me with a smile, handled check-in/check-out efficiently, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. What stood out most was her attentiveness and genuine care in making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Whether managing calls, helping other guests, or addressing my requests, she stayed calm, composed, and friendly the entire time. It's clear she takes pride in her work and represents the company with a high level of professionalism.
