Extended Stay America Suites- Mobile - Spring Hill

Horrible experience and will not be coming back. My husband and I lived there for three months. We discovered mold growing on the towels, clothes, walls, inside cabinets, and our dishes. Several of our personal things had to be thrown away due to the high levels of moisture in the room. Our A/C unit constantly leaked all over the floor and damaged all our box’s for traveling and had to throw them all away as well. We had no hot water for three weeks or the water wouldn’t come at all. The water would also come in the color orange due to the rust, which also came through the pipes into our tub and faucets. A change of management is definitely needed . Cleanliness is not prioritized . The floor in the elevator is FILTHY . The laundry room is never cleaned . A very creepy man lives in his car in the parking lot and is always using drugs and harrasing women . A district manager was supposed to call me regarding the issue and weeks have gone by without a call . I had to call corporate just to get hot water after a week . Manager bangs on the door at 7 am and taps on windows with her fingernails. Shes had an attitude with us since day one . Honestly it seems like a race thing . You can always smell smoke from the vents it's so gross and I've had to call the office so many times regarding the loud music . But the worst is how filthy the property is .

If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would. My boyfriend reserved a room here and we ended up trying to get in contact with someone for 45 minutes due to being locked out of the room. No one ever answered the door or the phone to call for service needs. We never got to stay or spend any time in the room and ended up having to drive 4 hours throughout the night to find other accommodations. Along with this, they have been refusing to provide a refund. Extremely disappointed.

Great place the to go breakfast is good. Just not use of having room service every two weeks and having to do my own bed if it needs changing plus the mopping. Being from Port Arthur TX this is an adjustment. They offer corporation rates. But a little lost not earning perks points.

Room was good and the front desk was always courteous and welcoming. I’ve seen each lady on the desk and all were awesome. Shout out to the manager Jacqunita New for being personable and running a great crew. There is laundry on site as well as vending machines. Plenty pillows on each bed and the beds were comfy as well as the blankets and sheets.
